Greetings from EagleTech Computer Service!

We're all living through a pretty tough economy aren't we??? It just doesn't seem able to get its legs again...but I believe it will in time.

While I've not had even one client mention that my new price structure of $40 for the first hour and $28 for each additional hour has been too much for their budget, my business has slowed a small amount and my suspicion is that it is because the economy continues to struggle and some folks are just electing to live with the current condition of their computers rather than seek out service and repairs.

You all know me...I'd rather see to it that you are well taken care of, keep myself busy though making less per hour, than discourage you and experience a business slowing.

So I've decided to lower my fees to a rate that I anticipate will be more in line with our struggling economy, fix your computers, and increase my business. We're all in this together, and I don't want a fee structure that discourages the 900+ clients I greatly value.

If your service need is on the residential side my feel will drop from $40 for the first hour and $28 for each additional hour to a simple $30/hr.

If your service need is on the commercial/business side my fee will drop from $50 for the first hour and $40 for the second hour down to a simple $40/hr.

Best of success to you in all your computing.

I’m here to assist you when you need it. As just a reminder... My onsite residential fee will now be $30 per hour and for the commercial setting it will be $40 per hour. Once again...for any clients you send my way, who use my services for an hour or more, I'd be happy to credit you with $7 of free computer service at your next call. Do let me know if you send folks my way and I'll keep notes on that as a credit for my next visit to you.

Thanks so much!
